Next Step Property Services was built on real trade experience. The team behind it spent two decades on union job sites running large-scale civil and demolition projects as superintendents - managing crews, sequencing complex builds, and delivering on schedule and on budget at commercial scale.
That background means we don't just know how to swing a hammer. We know how to plan a project, sequence the work, manage timelines, and anticipate problems before they cost you money. Most solo handymen don't have that skill set.
After 20 years of managing crews and navigating corporate job sites, we wanted something different - working directly with homeowners, controlling the quality of every project, and building something of our own. That's how Next Step Property Services started.
