Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about how we work, what we do, and what to expect.

Bathroom Remodeling

We start with a walkthrough of your current bathroom. We look at what is working, what is not, and what you want the space to do differently. From there, we put together a plan and an upfront estimate. Once you say go, we handle everything from demo through final cleanup. One person manages the entire project, so nothing gets lost between trades or handoffs.

No. We do not bring in subcontractors or rotate different crews through your home. The same person who walked through your bathroom at the start is the one doing the work and the one you talk to if anything comes up. That is how we keep communication clean and results consistent.

A full bathroom remodel typically includes demo of the existing space, new plumbing rough-ins where needed, waterproofing, tile work (floors, shower surrounds, backsplashes), new fixtures (toilet, vanity, faucets, shower hardware), lighting, drywall, paint, and trim. We also handle smaller projects like replacing a vanity, upgrading a shower, or fixing water damage behind tile.

That is the majority of our work. Most homes in Derry, Londonderry, Salem, and the surrounding towns were built between the 1960s and 1990s. Behind that old tile and wallpaper, you find copper pipes, outdated subfloor materials, and sometimes moisture damage that has been sitting for years. We have the background to handle what is behind the walls, not just what is on the surface.

Professional Bathroom Remodeling and Renovation Process

We serve Southern New Hampshire, including Derry, Manchester, Nashua, Salem, Windham, Londonderry, Danville, Hooksett, Sandown, Chester, Auburn, and Kingston.

Reach out through our contact page and let us know what you are looking to do. We will set up a time to come take a look, walk through the space with you, and give you a straight answer on what it will take.

You work directly with one person from start to finish. No sales team, no project manager handoff, no rotating crews. We bring over 20 years of trade experience, including a background in union civil construction and demolition work. That means we can manage a project with the same discipline as a commercial superintendent, but you get the personal attention of working with a single tradesperson who takes ownership of the result.

Yes. We come out, look at the space, talk through what you want, and give you an upfront number. No pressure, no obligation. If the project makes sense for both of us, we move forward. If not, no hard feelings.

Services

We handle kitchen remodeling, deck building, rental turnovers and tenant cleanouts, basement finishing, property maintenance, rot and water damage repair, painting, drywall, tile work, trim carpentry, and shed or outbuilding construction. We do not do roofing.

Yes. We do rental turnovers, unit prep between tenants, and ongoing maintenance for landlords and property managers across Southern NH. We also work with HOAs and 55+ communities for common-area repairs and resident maintenance needs.

Yes. We take kitchen projects from demo through finished product, including cabinetry coordination, countertops, backsplash tile, plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, and trim. Same approach as our bathroom work: one person managing it start to finish.

Process and Expectations

It happens, especially in older homes. When we find something that changes the scope, we stop, explain what we found, and talk through the options with you before any additional work starts. No surprises on your invoice. Our background in demolition and civil work means we are not guessing when we open up a wall. We know what we are looking at and we can give you a clear answer on what it means for the project.

Every day. Your home looks better when we leave than when we got there. We do not leave debris in hallways, dust on counters, or tools on the floor overnight. That is a basic respect thing, and it is non-negotiable for us.

You call or text us directly. There is no answering service, no dispatcher, no callback queue. The person doing the work is the person who answers. That is one of the main reasons people hire us over larger companies.
